A children music week is offered in August with a fully
choreographed and costumed design and classes in drama,
chimes/handbells, arts and crafts, praise and worship
Saint Frances String Orchestra
This group of intermediate and advanced string players performs
during the 11 a.m. masses, and concerts throughout the year.
Under the leadership of Sabrina Laduc (352-277-6579)
Brass of Saint Frances
is coordinated by Chris DeAngelis.
This ensemble is open to all brass players and enhances liturgies
and concerts during the year. Call Chris if interested.

LIFETEEN BAND
Under the leadership of Scott Foley this auditioned ensemble
rehearses on Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. and provides
contemporary music for the Sunday 5:30 p.m. Lifeteen Mass.

Parish
Choir
Saint Frances Parish Choir is open to youth (Grade 7 through adults)
who enjoy singing a wide variety of music genres.
This ensemble rehearses Thursday evening 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. during
school year and 7:00 – 7:45 p.m. in the summer. The Parish choir
sings for the 9:00 a.m. Mass each weekend in addition to Christmas,
Holy Week, and other special services. This choir requires no
experience just the love to sing and commit to three hours a week.
Service hours are available for youth.
Saint Frances Ringers
A handbell ensemble for youth (from 7th grade) and adults
.
Rehearsals are Thursdays 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.
This ensemble rings every week for the 9:00 a.m. Mass
Note reading is desired but not necessary. Each participate will
learn to read music.
Youth Choir & Youth Handbell Ensemble
This vocal and handbell choir is open for youth grade 5 – 12.
Rehearsals are Thursdays 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. year round.
These ensembles lead music for the 11:00 a.m. Mass year round.
This ensemble also participates in concerts and special services.
A summer music camp is offered and scheduled during the summer
months.
Children’s Choir & Children Chimers
Two weekly rehearsals:
Wednesday 4:45 – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
The children sing/ring during the 11 a.m. Mass as scheduled
It is opened to all children pre-k – 6th grade.
