

Cindy Chase served as the Director of Administration at Pope John Paul II Catholic School in Lecanto; where she managed development, business operations, and provided leadership for a team of 10 staff members. Although her professional background is very diverse, over 25 years experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Ethics, and Quality Management, Cindy says the consistent and spiritual philosophy with which she has approached every responsibility is “We are not alive for ourselves but to serve one another.” Cindy considers the opportunity to serve as the Director of Faith Formation and Services, at St. Frances Cabrini, a privilege and an opportunity to grow in faith with each and every parishioner.
Highlights of Cindy’s professional achievements include her involvement with the President’s Summit for America’s Future, in Philadelphia; development of healthcare education programs resulting in recognition from the Arkansas Governor’s office; facilitation of “Hands Across the River” which joined two counties in a very successful effort to achieve funds of $500,000 for community organizations; recipient of manager of the year award at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, in Russellville, Arkansas; and assisting in the development of new equipment to service aircraft which enhanced productivity and safety at Federal Express Corporation. In addition, Cindy has provided motivational seminars for office staff of the Diocese of St. Petersburg; banks, hospitals, business and industry; and she has been a speaker at the National Catholic Development Conference and the National Catholic Education Association convention, where the school board she helped develop was one of nine who received national recognition in 2006.
Cindy and her husband Wayne, whose professional responsibilities are in nuclear power, are new parishioners of St. Frances Cabrini. They have been blessed with three children, the youngest Zachary, is a senior at Palm Beach Atlantic University; Wayne Jr. is a Corporal and lead aircraft mechanic in the Marine Corps, stationed in Miramar, California and Heather who is a human resources professional, and resides in Pinellas Park with her husband Harold.
