    Surviving the Holidays Presentation

    November 16th Meeting

If you are separated or divorced, the holiday season can be a lonely, stressful, and depressing time.  But there is hope. Join us for an encouraging seminar to discover how to enjoy the holidays again.
A Surviving the Holidays presentation will be held on Thursday, November 16th in classroom three in Cabrini Center.  The presentation will feature practical suggestions, guidance and reassurance.
          Topics to be discussed include:

    • Why is it very difficult to cope during the holidays?
    • What emotions might you expect?

    • How will you prepare for the holiday season?

    • How will you handle uncomfortable situations?

    • How can you help your children have a good holiday experience?

    • Where can you find comfort, strength, and hope?

    • Consider what Jesus came to do.

    • How can the holidays help you heal?

Feel free to extend this invitation to your friends, coworkers and family members who are separated or divorced. For additional information, please call the Linda Spenceley at (352)683-9666.
